Survey of the smog angel

^-^'' dedicated to Biyoooo! I probably might update this one later too. done with only the mouse (as i have no money to buy a tablet). this was made after i was introduced to the smudge tool on Photoshop (which i have had for almost a year and haven't known about untill two days ago :sweatdrop: ) and I had alot of fun doing this. It took me about 3 hours to do. ahaha >-<'' the person looks like someone who escaped a mentl hospital and still has the clothes on! practice makes perfect though, so now that I know where the (loved) smudgetool is, i can practice and make sure that the things I draw look better (and not like mental cases on stereoids).
